My last computer was an Asus and no problems whatsoever charging with USB. I now have a Lenovo. iPad is only charging when the battery is 96% or up. If it's less, the iPad keeps going on and off (the charge), iTunes goes on/off and battery continues to drain. It must be the computer as the iPad charges fine on my Asus laptop. I use both at the same time so this issue MUST be resolved. The
