Unable to connect to network printer access denied

While sending a print job or a document to a network printer, users at times come across “Windows cannot connect to either come across “Windows cannot connect to the printer” or the same message accompanied by “Access is Denied”.

I am trying to print to a network printer from code, but the network printer status in the print dialog box says Access denied, unable to connect and the print button is disabled. But I can print to that printer just fine if I print from
